ORDER
PAYMENT
All prices in the shop are inclusive of VAT / Swedish sales tax (6%, 12% or 25%). Exception is delivery outside the European Union, which is tax-free. If VAT rates change, Crossroads reserves the right to alter prices accordingly.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the EU(European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. You can pay by:
  1. Credit card
If you pay with a credit card, you must specify your own card number, the expiry date of the card (year and month), and the cvv/cvc code. Please note that your account will be debited at the time of purchase.
  2. Invoice
Invoice payment only availbale for delivery within Sweden. For invoice payment conditions, please click here .
Fraud and fraudulent orders will be reported to the police. We reserve the right for any typographical error, which also includes incorrectly priced goods.
DELIVERY
The standard mode of delivery of your order is by post to your local mail distribution centre. We always deliver your order as quickly as we can, generally within no more than 14 days. If the goods are not in our warehouse, delivery may take rather longer, in which case this is stated along with the other product information. If the delivery time is still longer than expected, we will do everything we can to contact you and keep you informed. We reserve the right to cease sales of individual products.
We enclose a guarantee slip/receipt and proof of any insurance with the delivery. Remember to keep receipts, insurance documents etc. safe in case of any returns, complaints or exchanges.
You are welcome to contact our order department if you have any wishes regarding mode of delivery, or if you would like to change or cancel your order. If goods have not yet been dispatched, it is possible to add items to your order – if you would like to do this, contact us by email: designhousestockholm@crossroads.se or telephone: +46 31 755 00 59.
GUARANTEE
Most usually, the guarantee is valid for a fixed term, e.g. one year. The guarantee may also be formulated in order to guarantee a particular characteristic of the product. If the product deteriorates during the guarantee period in a way which is covered by the guarantee, it is regarded as faulty. In this case, under Swedish Consumer Law, you have the right to require, e.g., that the item is repaired or that you are given another item in replacement.
Under Swedish Consumer Law you have three years (if no other guarantee is specified) to complain of an existing fault in an item. An existing fault may be a manufacturing fault or some other fault which was already present in the item before you received it. Such faults can become evident rather a long time after the purchase. Thus, if you receive a guarantee whose validity is shorter than the three year period, this does not mean that the complaint period is shortened. The difference is that, once the guarantee expires, you must prove that any fault of which you complain already existed when you received the item.
COOLING-OFF PERIOD
You have a full right to change your mind and to exchange products. You have a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with Swedish Consumer Law dating from the day on which you received the item or fetched it from the Post Office. Naturally, this is on condition that the item is unused and that the item is returned complete in its original packaging. The cooling-off period does not apply to hygiene goods or articles of consumption if packaging is broken.
Refunds for products take place through Crossroads.
Under the cooling-off period regulations, you must pay the costs of return freight yourself. If the item is damaged or lost during its return by you to Crossroads, you are liable to pay for it. We do not accept returns sent to us cash on delivery.
COMPLAINT
A complaint means that you inform the seller:
  1. that you will not accept the item.
  2. that you specify in which respect you regard the item as faulty
You must submit information on the fault within a reasonable time after you discover it. If you complain within two months, you are always regarded as having complained within a reasonable time.
Your right to complain expires under Swedish Consumer Law after three years from your receiving the item. The item may have a guarantee period shorter than three years, but this does not affect the complaint deadline under the law.
To ensure that you do not lose out on your rights:
  • Always complain as soon as possible!
  • In case of complaints, fill out the form below.
